The day started with a beautiful prayer "Jaise Suraj ki garmi se jalte hue tan ko mil jaye taruvar ki chhaya.......". followed by few Yoga exercises by Mrs.Dahiya and a documentary on communal harmony.It was indeed a beautiful beginning of the day. After this Mrs.Neena Sharma gave a very educative and thought provoking talk on VIRTUES GIVE VALUE TO LIFE.After this Mr.Pramod Sobti educated us on the various aspects of C.C.E. (CONTINUOUS COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION), why the need was felt to introduce it, various scholastic and co-scholastic activities to be carried out under it , how the questions to be framed,In which months should the various cycles of evaluation be conducted, which all activities can be carried out under Formative assessments, rubrics of various subjects etc.The queries of the participants were answered in detail.After this rallies were conducted by the participants to sensitise people about SAVING TREES and SAVING THE GIRL CHILD.The enthusiasm of the participants was worth appraisal. After the rally a group photograph was taken so that we all can cherish the memories of the in-service course. After lunch a paper game was conducted emphasising the importance of listening and reading carefully.It was indeed a fun. Another game called TELEPHONE was also conducted.The purpose behind the game was how to improve at memorising skills.It was felt that when we correlate or connect different situations we remember better . After the games a very thought provoking talk was given by Mrs.Baljeet on the topic of gender sensitization and it was felt that with our small activities at home knowingly or unknowingly we contribute to the gender discrimination at home.To overcome this discrimination education plays a very important role.after the talk few participants gave model lessons on various topics. It was a day when we learned various things in a fun-filled way.
