We started
our day with the morning assembly which was presented by Group 1. After that we
had a Guest Lecture by Mrs. Sushma Sharma from K V 31 Chandigarh on the Cubs
& Bulbuls activities. We went through some laughing exercises. She told us
about the Scouts & Guides movement, laws and principles of Cubs &
Bulbuls. We had some wonderful games also. After that Mrs. Anita Pathak our
worthy Resource Person gave a wonderful presentation on safety and security of
students by giving the reference of a very popular show Satyamev Jayate. She
showed us the very first episode of
Satyamev Jayate on child molestation and sexual abuse. She told us how to
ensure the safety and security of child and about the need of awareness of
parents. After tea break we had honourable Mr. MP Mahajan Ex DC RO Chandigarh
between us. He told us about the need of In-service course and methodology of
teaching learning process. He told how education can bring transformation in a
positive way. We were showed beautiful ppts on sharing and vision. Then we had
a delicious lunch followed by beautiful ppts shown by our talented
participants. We also went through demo lessons and different activities. Then
all the participants gathered in their groups and planned for the next day
programmes. Our day ended with refreshing tea along with cookies. In this way
we had a fruitful day. We learnt so many things and enjoyed the day.
