The day started with
the prayer and morning activities by group 1. First session was taken by our
worthy resource person mam Mrs. Baljeet Kaur on the topic “Innovation and Experimentation”.
Mam explained us very systematically how to plan an innovation at individual
level and the various steps to be followed. She also discussed with us about
incentive awards.
After that skit was
presented by both the groups based on the theme RTE-2009 (Importance of
education) and Cleanliness (गांधी का सपना, मोदी का मिशन / स्वच्छ भारत, स्वस्थ भारत) | All the participants played their roles quite enthusiastically. A Guest
lecture was presented by Ms. Aditi Sharma on the topic “Health and Hygiene”.
She told us about our life style modification to remain healthy like:--
ü Early to bed, early
to rise.
ü Exercise regularly.
ü Follow the 5 ‘W’ plan
(what, when, where, why and the way you eat?)
ü Do proper planning
and take adequate rest.
ü Maintain right body
weight.
ü Do meditation and
make a habit of reading books.
ü Last but not the
least keep yourself away from the negative thinking to live healthy and stress
free.
After that there was
a short tea break. After tea break a beautiful session was taken by our
resource persons mam Mrs. Baljeet Kaur and Mrs. Nina Rani Sharma on ‘Art and
Craft’ on how simple drawings and cuttings could be
prepared and used in our daily classroom teaching to make our lessons
interesting for the children.
I am sure that this
could be very useful if we practice and use it in our classrooms.
After
lunch a session was taken by Mam Mrs. Shyamli Mitra from Regional office
Chandigarh. She clarified all the doubts and confusions of the participants
regarding service rules, transfer rule, different leaves, LTC rules etc.
After that time was
given for group discussion and planning for the next day events.
Thank You
